The perfect honeymoon
Had the most amazing experience with both the blue haven and Alexandra resorts for our first time in Turks and Caicos! The resorts were super clean, food was fantastic, and the beach was phenomenal! The staff and Ayeisha were super kind and made sure we were taken care of! 10/10 recommend staying at either resort!

Blue Heaven
Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was great to stay at a place off Grace Bay for a more relaxing experience but have an easily accessible shuttle to the Alexandria every hour. Food and drinks were great! Fire & Ice was our best meal on the island.

Gorgeous and peaceful piece of paradise
This resort is gorgeous, cozy, and quiet and the staff are so welcoming and considerate! It is perfect for couples or families. The views, dining, pool, and beach are spectacular. This was my third trip to the resort and I will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, boutique TCI resort
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven- especially knowing it was cold and windy back home in the mountains of western North Carolina. We found a beautiful resort, pretty beaches, great food and drinks and most of all very kind and caring people. In particular, we were taken care of by: Daphne, Michael, Janet, Cadet, Venequa and Carmen at Fire and Ice. Natalee, Pedro, Brandon and Kellie at the beach bar/grill. Rice, Bens, Woodlyn and Micah at water sports. Gaelle- very sweet at Salt. And lastly Francisco, Shaneka and Angi for the overall resort management team- especially by Shaneka and Angi. We plan to book another trip next year.

They won't respond to your emails
We haven't arrived yet and are not thrilled with communication. I've emailed multiple times to book transportation and a kayak tour. I received one email stating they were passing our request to reception but have not received a reply yet, despite resending the email a couple times. We arrive in a week, you'd think they could respond considering it's coming up. Ugh! Not off to a good start. I'm considering reaching out to my travel agent to see if we can book at a different resort!
