Blue Haven is a slice of heaven.
As soon as you walk into the lobby, you realize you’ve just entered paradise. Mekeyla had the most infectious smile. L’Ange was fantastic when it came to recommendations for excursions and expediting the sign-up process. As you spent time on the beach or around the pool, you got to know Pedro, Natalie, and Kelly. They treated us like kings and queens. Smiley went to great lengths to make sure the daily entertainment was diversified. Garth was very professional and attentive in the restaurant. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. At first I didn’t know what to make of the wristband, but as the week went on I grew to appreciate that my room key was always with me. Normally, I have to look all over the place to find where I laid it. Cabs / rides into town are pricey.

Who knew the water could be so Blue
From the moment we checked in to the Blue Haven we were in awe. The grounds were perfectly maintained with tons of beautiful garden space and walk ways. The view as you enter the lobby encompassed what was in store as you get a glimpse of paradise on earth. We checked in mid to late afternoon and the staff was attentive from the arrival point. Mackayla was our first personal encounter and she made the orientation/check in process seamless. She provided details on meal options, where to get settled for drinks on the beach, how to get around the island if needed and all the other important events. The process was so peaceful and elegant as they provided warm towels to relax along with a yummy cocktail. We were instantly captivated. The staff helped us to our rooms without hesitation as we did not have to work at all from the point we arrived. Meals were readily available from the various options on the property. One major selling point for us was the ability to travel to sister resort via free shuttle. The Alexandra Resort in the Grace Bay area was lovely. They had unique options that were also very nice including a more traditional beach resort vibe. The Alexandra Resort was lovely and had many options for meals and fun that were all included giving us even more range of things to do and see. The ability to do this is by far a greater value than any other resort nearby as this enabled us to get a BOGO experience of the two venues. I personally loved the Blue Haven Resort and would have been fine just spending all our time there but we had twice as much fun traveling to the other side of town and exploring. In my view The Blue Haven experience takes the prize for all around experience. It was Romantic, Lively yet relaxing; flowing with beauty as it was manicured to perfection. The property had a very modern feel with luxurious amenities coupled with the beach and pool making for a perfect couples retreat. There was always something going on and it was never boring. The had the perfect balance of Fun and Relaxation that so many places cannot provide. The Grounds and the beach side never felt crowded or congested giving you the feel of having the place to yourself. If you did want anything the staff was always ready to jump into action. They were always attentive and looking to make your time there even more memorable. T'Ange from the water sports and excursions team helped us book a Clear Boat experience which was out of this world. We saw some truly unbelievable views of the ocean and the coastal offerings off of the Turtle cove area. The tour guides there were amazing as well. James was a great tour guide as was Cameron our Boat Captain. T'Ange and Tweety were always smiling and every time we spoke they made us feel right at home. The meals were probably some of the main points of booking for us as we did not have to spend time looking for reservations online at restaurants nearby. Breakfast was available for us even when we slept a little late which I appreciated. Lunch at the Salt Restaurant was always perfect. Quiet and inviting all the venues were ready for us when we needed to refuel and they were truly remarkable. Fire and Ice had some of the best menu options we had the entire trip. They provided us with a fine dining experience that was very relaxed yet excellently refined. Compliments to the entire team from the Chef to the wait staff as we found them to be personable and very caring. Andre, Daphne, Michael and many others from the restaurants were always attentive and ready to take care of us. We had some amazing meals! Ms. Shaneka was another star on our trip. She was always ready to help with making our stay even more memorable. She was all over the place encouraging visitors and configuring details to make our experience magical. We were treated like royalty throughout the visit. The beach party took the whole experience to another level. We were treated to a BBQ on the beach with a warm and relaxing time that was nothing less than spectacular. The night featured live music, fire entertainment, food and cocktails all on the epic beach that made the Blue Haven such a majestic place to be. The team kept us dancing and having a great time. The Crew including Smiley and T'Shane worked hard all night to keep us smiling and filled with memories to come home too. Honestly, the hardest part of the whole thing was getting ready to leave as we did not want it to end. We made some friends and look forward to coming back and making even more the next time. So many hospitable team members that we may have missed but everyone at the Blue Haven gave us a perfect vacation getaway that will truly not be forgotten.

Paradise!
The rooms were clean and inviting. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. One never had to fight for chairs at the beach or by the pool or seats at restaurants. The workout room was clean and I had the place to myself most of the time. The pickleball court was new and hardly used. They only had one court, but that didn't seem to be a problem. Weather was perfect. I never was cold, even at night, and never too hot during the day. There was always a nice breeze, too windy at times. The view was beautiful! The only drawback for me were the mosquitoes. They loved me, however, they didn't touch my husband. Also, they serve the meals very quickly. My husband and I like to have leisurely dinners, so that surprised us, but after requesting more time between courses, they were delighted to accommodate! It seemed that any request we made was always handled gracefully and with ease.

Intimate all inclusive resort with great staff and drinks!
It was a smaller intimate resort - calm and peaceful. Not a lot of activities but you have the option to visit the sister resort via shuttle for a bigger resort feel. Food was not the best. Drinks were nice and strong 🙂 Great staff! Tweety, Smiley, Tishane, Mykala, Harryson, Wenchell - were so helpful and friendly!

Enjoyed my stay
All staff is very friendly. The room was super clean. I could walk on the floor in my socks and my socks would not get dirty! Normally places just make up the bed and give you new towels. The food was mediocre and you couldn’t eat past 9:30 but the drinks were good. Pool side entertainment was cool. Blue Haven is geared toward the traveler that likes calm and quietness. The sister property is for more activity. All staff was very helpful in getting you what you needed and quickly!
