Nov 11, 2024Absolutely the worst experience ever
Please do not stay here. No complimentary anything. The restaurant smells so badly of sewage I would challenge anyone to eat a full meal here. Now if you you go to their bar lounge they have so many citronella candles lit you may or may not get a headache. But for sure at night, walking to your room, you can see into everyone’s room by the mirror by the door and the bedside lamp. Disgusting.

Best Western Rewards member here and this was definitely one of the most average BWs I've stayed in, period. No recognitition as a rewards member, they were conveniently out of water upon checkin (Rewards benefit) BUT there were bottles FOR SALE in the room for $3.50 each. Keys didn't work initially and had to walk back to the desk to replace, refrigerator was open and off when we got there and no microwave in the room. Hot tub was out of order. Staff were NOT friendly or helpful at all either upon checkin or checkout. Breakfast was not free as is the norm with most Best Westerns and there was not even free coffee in the lobby. Pros are that it's convenient (even by transit - bus stop across the street), the property is well landscaped and there is plenty of parking.

One time stay
Our room was very small. Damp and noisy we were right next to the ice machine. People getting ice at night and in the morning as early as 6 Musty smell coming from air conditioner. The bed was conformable. Bathroom was clean . We were there for 4 nights.

Great location and service staff
Rosalia head of housekeeping was amazing when we had to move 3 times due to plumbing issues. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location once we got a functional room! Price was very reasonable for the area. 10 minutes from all locations

great location, free and many parking space, clean cozy restaurant , good place to hang out with small group of friends and family and great price I have stayed maybe 5 times in the past 3 years in this hotel , and I always enjoy it only bit problem, I saw 3 homeless guy hang out in exit area
