Convenient and Safe Location
We stayed 4 nights. The hotel location is in a safe area of Mesa with good access from the interstate. Room was fine, although the bed sank way low in the middle. In the shower, it took almost no movement of the faucet to go from freezing to scalding hot. We reported this condition, and hope it will be fixed,

Looks can be deceiving
Outside front of hotel looks new, inside is ran down. First room the put us in smelled like urine, next room was a little better. But decided not to stay. Pool is closed for renovations that I did not see going on.

Pool is closed.
Stayed 2 nights for at total of $266. While staff was friendly, inside seemed a little old. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were to thick and high which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The most disappointing was the pool was closed for renovation, which I wish they would have mentioned when booking the hotel. Having a 5 year with her swimsuit, she was sad about this.

This stay was a disaster from the time we checked in. We were originally checked into a very strangely configured room back in the elevator. We went down and requested a different room and were accommodated nicely, checked him, and discovered that the toilet had not been flushed. I contacted the front desk to have them send someone up and clean the bathroom. Three hours later I went down to the front desk to get some assistance and there was no one at the desk for five minutes to help me. They insisted they would get someone up to repair the toilet, which wouldn’t flush. The housekeeper said that she had reported it early that morning so they were aware it was a problem. We decided to go to dinner while they resolved it. When they came back they informed us that there was no maintenance on the property and they would need to move us to a different room. It was an inconvenience because I had already unpacked but it seemed like the only solution. We got new keys to discover they had checked us back into the room we had originally rejected because it was small, odd, and backed the elevator. Now it was about 10 o’clock and we were being moved to a fourth room. We had no Wi-Fi working and the channel changer didn’t work. We were told we could move again to another room that might have better Wi-Fi connection. Since we had already been to four rooms and it was 10 o’clock at night we decided to stay where we are. The next morning I contacted management again to ask for assistance with the channel changer and possibly the Wi-Fi. I was told she would do some checking and get back with me. Two hours later I reached out to her again and she said she hadn’t heard anything but would check again and get back with me. That was two days ago. We still have no TV or Wi-Fi. I have been trying to get a partial refund because of the horrid condition of the hotel and managment's inability to resolve the problems

Dirty nonupdated hotel
By far worst Best Western I’ve stayed at. The hotel is very dirty and outside as well. Given a room that was still occupied. Awkward! Precheck in had no benefit. Had to do everything just as though I hadn’t done it.
