I cannot say enough of the people working at this location. From the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping they are the nicest and most helpful I have experienced. It is conveniently located to many activities. The ocean view was beautiful!

I would stay here again...the hotel is very small but the staff if friendly. The hotel is very old but they have done their best to make the rooms updated and clean as possible. The breakfast buffet is suffice and helps keep the additional cost of a restaurant breakfast down

THE GOOD: The girl at front desk was friendly and welcoming, check in was quick, nice breakfast, clean room, well maintained pool and surrounding area, awesome ocean front view with a private balcony. I didn't take housekeeping, however the lady on duty provided extra towels with a smile. THE BAD: The carpeting in the room and hallways are in desperate need of replacement. It casts a dirty glow on an otherwise clean establishment. THE VERY UGLY: Security was minimal, if any. Someone could actually walk in off the street, through the parking lot to the elevators, Disconcerting, at best. Also, anyone on the beach could access the pool, etc without a key. I live locally and frequent Daytona often for short stays of R&R on the beach. The security issue that I mention above is enough to keep me from coming back. It also prevents me from recommending your hotel to visiting family and friends.

Awesome
Awesome stay. Clean and quiet hotel. We were able to get a room at the last minute due to damage to our home from hurricane Ian. They also accommodated our dog. The breakfast provided for free was great also. Thank you best western plus

Excellent value
This is a great value and a great location on the beach. Walking distance to several restaurants and, via the beach, walking distance to attractions like the "Band Shell" for concerts. Book the "ocean view" on a weekend and you can see the fireworks from the pier. Everything in our room appeared to be new, in perfect working order, and the air conditioner is blissfully quiet. Staff are all friendly, many smiles and great service.
