  Poorly maintained hotel

  The hotel is a decent value. However it is not maintained as well as other hotels. For example: 1). The ice maker on the second floor was out of service for my four day stay, 2). The hot tub was always out of service, 3). The water dispenser in the exercise room was always empty and the basket for exercise towels never had any. The room was good and the breakfast adequate.

  Great place

  First time to stay at a Best Western. We loved this hotel. Very clean and staff was so nice. Very close to beach access. Access was within walking distance. Would stay here again. The room was very spacious and very nice. All the staff were very nice.

  Don’t stay here

  Looks neat, but the sheets were dirty. There were long hairs that didn’t match our coloring inside the bedding. All three shappoo, rinse and body wash were completely empty in the shower. The staff put us under the wrong last name and overcharged us and we had to get credIted back.

  Not what I was expecting or am used to. Broken or missing items in the room. Did not report, not my job to do their quality control work.

  Mold with trap house views

  Find another place to stay unless you want a cramped moldy room with views of a trap house and a dollar general.
