Reservation is next week, but Diante was so helpful and understanding in assisting with my reservation I wanted to give him a shout out. First impressions are critical, and Diante recognized my predicament and went out of his way to make my first impression the best. And unexpectedly being away from home on Christmas and New Years is now a little easier to deal with. Thanks.

Customer Service
I have gotten the best customer service from Renee. She has been soo helpful, patient, answering questions making sure I get the correct room. Letting me know about the highlights things to do around the hotel., San Diego. This is just a preview to my upcoming stay, cant’twait for my trip! Thanks Renee!

A lovely resort with great staff!
We stayed at this resort for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it! Sand in our toes right outside our room, and the cutest little circle shaped lounge bed you could imagine! We watched the sunset and went out for an evening concert to see Andrea Boccelli! Ben Curry at the front desk was friendly, warm and exceeded our expectations with a fabulous room! We ate at the restaurant and Ethan was a great server, as was Jessica and her sweet disposition and attention. Lots to do and we will come back another time and stay longer!

Great service!
I called The Bahia hotel phone line to figure out a plan on where to park and what time was check in on our trip among other questions. Marcelis really helped me answer every single question. He recommended which hotel room had the best view and easiest with 2 kids and a dog. Thanks bro! Appreciate you!

Love the Bahia
Just finished making my reservation. As I am not computer savvy, I called the hotel directly and was lucky enough to be greeted by Renee Stauffer on the line. She made it so easy for me to figure out the type of room I needed to book for my stay. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Renee, can't wait to get there!!
