    A Fabulous Mountain Escape!!

    The staff were all terrific and truly met all of our needs while in Vail. Our room was spacious and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The Breakfast buffet every morning was delicious and provided a hearty start to each day!! We look forward to returning to Austria Haus!!!

    Excellent stay in every way!!!! Room, service, breakfast and bed- all lovely! Well situated to roam around Vail, shop or go to the slopes. Restaurants nearby and helpful staff for every request! We will be back again to experience all of the above

    Fabulous!

    It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Fabulous hotel with fabulous service and outstanding breakfast buffet. And the afternoon cookies are a nice addition. Room was very spacious and noticeably very clean. All personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. No negative comments at all. I will for sure come back soon!

    Long weekend getaway with spouse

    Very nice hotel in perfect central location. close to slopes and excellent restaurants. Good breakfast. Rooms clean and elevator to floor was quick and quiet.Staff was friendly and prompt with assistance. Thought valet parking charge was a little steep but other option was Vail parking garage which was not as convenient.

    The most relaxing stay with wonderful staff! Highly recommend staying here! Breakfasts were the best part of my day!

    The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! The sheets were perfect. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. I felt like I was in Europe. The staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed !
