    A very special and memorable experience!

    Austria Haus is by far the most welcoming, charming and comfortable property I've ever experienced. The attention to detail by the staff, and their work ethic, is impeccable. Everything about this property has consistently exceeded my expectations. This is not just another boutique property in Vail. Staying at Austria Haus is a very special and memorable experience. This is my home away from home when staying in Vail!

    Met and exceeded our expectations

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Austria Haus. The Vail Village location is excellent. Our accommodations, the staff's service and hotel amenities were all outstanding. A nice continental breakfast selection was a bonus. Special thanks to Paul, for his exceptional service.

    Swiss Delight

    What a lovely gem ! A true Swiss Boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Their hospitality was excellent from the bountiful breakfast buffet with a great view, to valet to the bellman. We were not disappointed. We can’t wait to return.

    Perfect Fall Getaway

    We had a fantastic stay at the Austria Haus! We were greeted warmly, and Paul went above and beyond with his handling of my special request. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the complimentary hot breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. The location couldn’t be beat for our first stay in Vail as it is right at the entrance to Vail Village, next to Gore Creek. In addition to the front desk staff, the concierge was very helpful with hiking and restaurant recommendations. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!

    Birthday trip to Vail

    Great experience from check in to check out. We received a warm welcome from the Resident Manager and an introduction to a wonderful concierge. We were given excellent recommendation of things to do during stay in Vail. The room was exceptional as was the breakfast each morning. Location was perfect. Thanks to Paul and Paula for making our stay perfect. Don't miss the walking tour of Vail or the La Donna restaurant!
