    Thanks to my wonderful Host Sarah Cruz

    My stay is always exceptional and pleasant all thanks to Sarah Cruz! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be returning back as fast as I do. She is on top of everything and gets it done in a timely manner. I appreciate her for always being there for me even on her days off!

    Wonderful Stay

    Atlantis Resort is beautiful! The remodeled rooms are great and the entertainment options are awesome. I also enjoyed Bistro Napa, best appetizers and cocktails. My VIP host, Sarah Cruz was friendly, professional and helpful in making my stay wonderful.

    You can’t go wrong at the Atlantis

    I love staying at the Atlantis mainly because my Casino host. Sarah Cruz makes everything as good as it possibly can be. This trip I stayed in the concierge Tower, which is the best bunch of rooms to stay in little extra space nicer amenities, and then of course, the food and drink available in the concierge hospitality room My main reason for going to Reno is to play craps and this year to watch the Super Bowl again they put on a great Super Bowl party and unfortunately, my team didn’t win The staff on the casino floor are helpful, friendly and just make it fun to gamble! You can’t go wrong staying at the Atlantis playing at the Atlantis and dining at the Atlantis. They have the best options of any available in Reno and I always look forward to spending more time there.

    Great 3 night stay.

    Really enjoyed our recent 3 night stay. Casino,room and restaurants look new and very clean. Good selection of restaurants and food was awesome. All staff very friendly. Adriana Neri is the best. She couldn't seem to do enough for us. We will be back in a couple weeks !!

    Atlantis Hotel Reno

    Our stay at the Atlantis Hotel Reno was so enjoyable. The hotel staff, as well as all other employees in the casino and restaurants were very friendly and accommodating. Both checking in and out went smoothly. Thank you to Sarah Cruz for helping to make our time at the Atlantis Hotel an excellent experience.
