    A Memorable Award Luncheon - 2025

    The Nevada Historical Society Docent Council (a volunteer organization) enjoyed our Marjorie Fordham Annual Award Luncheon at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa on April 3, 2025. Regan FitzPatrick, Catering Manager, guided us through the many choices to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The Atlantis team greeted our setup committee and overviewed our agenda...We'd like to especially thank Raul and Shaun each of them represents Atlantis's catering team well. Shaun helped a guest with a last-minute request and Raul's observation and listening skills amazed several guests. Everything in the room was perfect and the meal was absolutely delicious. The Docents and our guests send our thanks to the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Catering Team.

    Best Staff and Hotel in Reno

    This property will continue to receive the 4 star Forbes Button as the staff, hotel and casino are by far the best in Reno. Hotel rooms are very spacious, new and comfortable. Concierge tower is excellent!!! Larger rooms with new amenities. The 25th floor concierge lounge is above and beyond!! a shout out to two of the concierge room ladies, CeCe and Marisol!!!!!!

    A special thanks to Abby.

    Recently stated at Atlantis Reno and had a fantastic experience. from check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The room was large, newly renovated, and extremely clean, really officiate the modern feel. We noticed a lot of new gaming machine on the floor, which made for a fun night of playing. The food option was solid too, with plenty of variety and great flavor. A special thanks to Abby, she was incredibly helpful and really made us feel welcome. Our attention to detail and friendly attitude added a personal touch to our visit. We are already planning our next trip back.

    Abby Shin is the BEST!

    We just spent the last weekend at Atlantis arranged by my host Abby Shin. Abby is always so accommodating, helpful and professional. She truly goes the extra mile when making our arrangements. My husband and I enjoyed the Social Hour at Bistro Napa. The food and drinks were amazing! All of the staff at the Atlantis are always so friendly and helpful!! We love staying in the Concierge rooms and going up to the Concierge lounge for the spectacular view and service!! We can't wait to come back!!

    A Celebration That Changed Everything – Thank You, Regan!

    I cannot thank Regan FitzPatrick enough for making my mom’s 60th birthday celebration at the Atlantis Resort Casino Spa absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we began planning, Regan went above and beyond in every way—her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine kindness shone through every step of the process. The cake was absolutely stunning, the centerpieces were so elegant, and her brilliant idea to alternate the napkin colors added the perfect, thoughtful touch to the tablescape. Regan helped create an atmosphere filled with beauty and love, and because of that, my mom was surrounded by joy and the people who mean the most to her. That celebration gave her a renewed sense of hope and strength. Regan, what you helped create was more than just a party—it was a life-affirming moment for my mom and our entire family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
