    Amazing stay over Spring Break

    Spent a few days at Atlantis over spring break. My family and I had an amazing time. The suite was super spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort had many restaurant options. We dined at Red Bloom, Manhattan Deli and The Steakhouse. Our kids loved the indoor pool and arcade most of all. My husband’s host Jessie Hughes made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable!! We will definitely be coming back to visit.

    Excellent family experience

    Certainly had a great couple of days with family. Food was great and the general vibe was of having fun. The rooms very clean and fresh, the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful and can't say enough about the personnel in the Concierge Lounge. Such a pleasant visit. Can't wait for next trip.

    An experience that continues to WOW

    The Atlantis remains the best spot to stay in Reno. Since my last review, they have done a nice remodel, ensuring that their rooms stay modern, new, and comfortable. The spa remains one of the best in the world, and the hot stone massage I booked couldn't have been better. Their facilities remains impeccable and the relaxed atmosphere created can't be topped. The food is also maintaining its well deserved reputation. During my stay I enjoyed fresh sushi - twice - at the upstairs bar. The food was very fresh and very good, but it was the service that really set this place apart. The chef at the bar prepared a few off-menu items for us and chatted with us about his passion for sushi and his creative visions for pushing this cuisine even further. It felt like an omakase experience! Finally, the staff at the casino continued to blow me away. In addition to the VIP service I got from Menchie Espiritu, we also experienced top-shelf service at every bar, restaurant and gaming table we visited. At one point, my friend left a $500 voucher in the poker machine at the TC bar and the bartender tracked him down to return it! Can't say enough good things about this place and look forward to every time I visit.

    Great accommodation and dining

    I recently stayed at Atlantis Casino and Resort in Reno, NV, and had a great experience! The resort has fantastic accommodations and dining. Sarah Cruz, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. From arranging reservations to answering questions, her professionalism and warm hospitality made my visit seamless and welcoming. I highly recommend Atlantis—and don't miss the chance to work with Sarah Cruz for an exceptional stay!

    The Atlantis is a KEEPER!

    Gave the Atlantis a try, because our old host at Nugget went there. Shout out to Adriana Neri for getting us over there. We never would have tried it and were so glad we did. Room was gorgeous and the view awesome. Tried the happy hour at Bistro Napa. Adriana said to get in line early and glad we did. Sat at the bar and had two old fashions (in the most beautiful glass) and yummy pork tacos and prime rib sliders. YUM. At the Oyster Bar had a HUGE shrimp Louie, which was the best I’ve ever had. So many choices of places to eat there. Looking forward to coming back and checking them out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The configuration of the casino floor is a little confusing, but once I figured it out no worries. Played Pai Gow, High Card Flush, and video poker. Had a good time with all of it. Very enjoyable time there. Thanks Adriana
