    Sad second visit

    Returned to this VRBO and saw nothing changed from last visit. Gates either propped open or not working. Dead or dying grass and plants throughout. Dumpsters still overflowing. Pavement stained with splashes of garbage. Assume this complex is entirely rentals so owners do not care. Sad!

    Great condo

    We stayed at this property for a week and truly enjoyed it. The location is excellent, especially if you have kids and want to use Hilton's pools. We stayed at unit 505 which provided a pass to Hilton pools for 6 people. This unit was in excellent condition. The owner provided kitchen appliances, utensils, and beach necessities and toys.

    Condo project needs attention

    Stayed at this resort Christmas thru New Year’s with friends. Pool crowded and noisy since locals allowed. Trash not picked up. No property manager available. Entry gate hanging by 1 hinge. Would stay again if maintenance improves. Hope to return next Christmas.

    7 days in condo

    Very very nice, clean clean, new hardwood floors, granite countertops, air conditioner that would freeze you. It was hot outside. Beautiful landscaping very very quiet at night. Centrally located. Did Shaka audio app for the car and toured the island for 7 days. Great experience, great place to stay. Wife liked it

    Hawaiian trip 2021

    Accommodations are wonderful. Full size 3 bedroom 2 story condominium close to beach and shopping. Full kitchen also. Here for a week and we love it. Beautiful views and about 30 minutes from Kona airport. Most leisure activities are within half an hour of location.
