Really nice place
Really nice villa , a little expensive for me , but if you can afford it , do it. This place is huge . Great service and really clean rooms , they have a pool and a water park for the kids , looks comforting. Food was good. But I'm from Louisiana so it's hard to beat our food.

Mediocre
It’s a nice place. It’s a little run down. The day we arrived was the only day that we had the time to go to the water park when it wasn’t raining. Upon arrival, they told us it was closed. No advance notice. So disappointing. The manager tried to pass the buck and tell me how disappointed she was too. Annoying. Own it, give a decent apology, and make it right. We never got to use the waterpark as a result. The rooms are nice, but older. It’s probably a good place for conferences, tournament stays, etc, but if you’re a family in the midst of that just trying to enjoy, it’s not great. The housekeeping is alright, but the soaps were all mixed around, sheets folded up and laying on the bed, etc. it’s not a terrible place, but the quality does not match the price. I’d go elsewhere next time.

Fun, clean, and a wonderful place to stay
This place was fantastic. It's definitely not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The water park was wonderful. It features a wave pool, a great lazy river and several water slides. On the website they say the waterpark has "rotating water features". What that meant was there were times when the slides were open but the river was closed, or vise versa. Which one was open would change on the hour. The pool was always open and there were times that all features were open. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the service was excellent. There was always someone around to ask for help. Also, there was a number you could text for anything you needed. Anything you needed brought to your room would arrive in a few minutes. If you needed a ride within the resort, someone would come and get you.

Perfect for Families!
Great resort for families. Quiet at night, clean and the pool features can’t be beat! Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist. The 2 bed queen suite with a pull out couch was perfect for a family of 4. In room refrigerator allowed for breakfast and lunch in the room. On site Aunt Chilada’s was a hit as well.

Nice enough, clean. Great late checkout program!!!!
Great resort. Not really close to anything. Definitely older and getting 3 starbucks coffees and three muffins were $42 which I thought was ridiculous I don't even pay that in Maui. The rooms are decent the resort is old but has been redone. The reason however I picked this resort for one night before we left it offered at an added cost a 4pm check out time which was critical as we were travelling with our disabled child and had a late flight out so we needed a place to be with her before we departed and I didn't want her to be wandering around all day we spent the day at the water park which for her was great.
