Some of the friendliest, most helpful staff I ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the front desk to cleaning staff...the best! Rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Fantastic facilities (water park, golf, fitness center, restaurants, etc)

Great Resort!
Excellent resort for all ages. Front desk was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Great food, amenities (Oasis Water Park), clean, safe and beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back for golf and the Spa. Above and beyond expectations.

Great Resort and excellent service
Stayed for Thanksgiving 2024 and it was awesome. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Also a shout out to Bellman Brett. He went above and beyond to assist us. I recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you Arizona Grand. Weather was awesome as well.

My daughter picked your hotel for her birthday trip, specifically for the water park. Since we would be at your facility on thanksgiving we called and explicitly asked if it would be open. We were told it would be. We arrived with her extremely excited and were told that you decided to close the water park. So now our choice is to change plans at our own expense and stay longer or she misses out. It feels like a bait and switch. The rest of your hotel is open and staffed but lifeguards get the day off? Seems a lot like a money saving strategy for you since you aren't booked enough. We were offered a gelato coupon for the inconvenience. It feels extremely clear that transparency and honesty with your guests is nowhere on your priority list. We won't be staying with you again. Be honest. It's not "just business" you affect people who are spending exorbitant sums of money to have a nice experience.

You should stay here!!
I love the AZ Grand Resort! This is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I’ve stayed in. I’m pretty sure all of the rooms are suites, set up like an apartment. Every interaction I had with the staff was positive. The grounds are superbly clean as well. I rented a Tesla and was pleased to see that they had charging stations conveniently located near the lobby. I was here for almost a week for a conference. The food was second to none! Delicious!! As a former police officer, I felt completely safe for my entire stay.
