Do not recommend...not a good experience
Stayed here one night as a gift from my sister..... The housekeeper barged into room at 9am unannounced...this is how people get shot. Its really not acceptable. The honking geese on golf course woke me up. They charged a $ 90.06 resort fee...never saw that coming nor was told about it. They only said they need a cc on file for " incidentals". In the business world this is called being a sheister. They had $6 bottles of water in rooms which is ummm. Ridiculous. This place is a money pit .. tourist trap....not wallet friendly. They charge a resort fee of 90 bucks. Stay at a double tree or other hotel. Surprised they didn't charge for towels and water usage fees....resorts and fees are a joke. The front desk gave wrong directions to room as well...which in the dark is kinda awkward. 1 star is being generous. Will not recommend....

Shamefully Overpriced
Shameful scam of a resort. Dilapidated Rooms, sagging beds, reeking marijuana, and fantastically over-priced terrible food. Paper cups in the room. At almost $400 a night, it is a complete fraud. Oh, and their policy is to clean rooms every three days to add insult to injury.

Customer Service
I want to thank Mike with Security who helped me retrieve my items from a safe that would not open with the code I thought I left. He was also great to speak with as he worked to get the safe open. Very helpful and fast. He turned a fearful risk that we could not get it open into a great experience.

All inclusive feel without leaving the US!!
This was in comparison to an all inclusive down in Mexico. It was just my husband and I. So much to do! Resort is beautiful, food amazing, golf course was stunning, and yet it never felt too fancy to enjoy simple days. We actually booked again soon for our entire family to enjoy. Only 15 minutes to airport as well. 10 out of 10!!

Golf Trip
Brett at the bell hop was great! Helped us with our bags and was very friendly. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants around Phoenix. The golf course was fantastic but the cart girls were non existent. Will definitely come back!
