    mediocre at best

    This hotel is fine. The location is fantastic. The bed is comfortable and clean. The rooms need updating. The shower pressure was low and the temp lukewarm. Upon checking in, the desk agent said she would add my Bonvoy #. When I checked out, I was unable to get a copy of my receipt (internet issues?). The rep had not added my Bonvoy # so I could not get it online. It took 3 calls to the hotel, 1 internet inquiry and 3 calls to corporate and I still do not have a copy of my receipt. As this was a business stay, the receipt is required. Who has time for this? Will not recommend to my colleagues.

    Aloft @ SoHo

    I have stayed at this hotel before and I really like it. It’s clean. The staff is accommodating. It’s extremely modern. It’s located in a great area and the staff is friendly as well. It’s also very convenient. It’s located next to a restaurant. It has a store inside as well as a bar.

    Highly recommend!!!

    Everything about the hotel was incredible. The lobby and rooms are both incredibly comfortable and beautiful. The staff was as friendly and as helpful as any hotel staff that I have ever been around. I left my AirPods in my room, and was helped as soon as they were found by the house keeping staff. Another plus is that it is so close to Sanford’s campus and the surrounding restaurants are great!!

    Antoinne and Jessie are the best! We love this hotel! Great service! We come here because of them! ……. They are awesome! We love them so much. It’s great coming here and seeing the same people who welcome us every time! Stay here as people are great!

    Will not stay again due to staff interactions.

    I reserved king bed rooms and requested a rollaway bed for one room for an extra child. Was told that the request was in and I could have one. Upon arrival , this hotel DOES NOT HAVE ROLLAWAY BEDS. They suggested I pay for a third room. No offer to reduce my rate or compensate me . Staff were very rude and aggressive that it was not their fault bc the Marriott reservation phone number made the mistake. Rooms and hotel in general were pretty tired and could definitely use an update. Will not stay here again due to staff interactions.
