Over-all great place to stay!
We came in for a conference. From checking in to breakfast to checking out, everyone was friendly, eager to help! We saw staff cleaning the outside railing on the walkway, showing attention to detail tells me that the employees that work there care about their job and where they work. The hotel, our room and restaurant was very clean.

December 2024 visit to Austin
We had a fantastic experience at Aiden by Best Western Austin. The front desk attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable and the amenities were terrific. The Machi Sushi restaurant was great for all you can eat sushi which we had for lunch one day. I also had a drink at the bar and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast there as well. We didn’t use the fitness room or pool area but they were both nicely maintained and nice amenities to have. We’d highly recommend Aiden to guests visiting the Austin area.

Great stay for a good price.
Courteous staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. Clean room. Secure premises. Very good hot breakfast buffet. Easy check in/out. Plenty of parking. Reasonable price. They were good before the upgrade a few years ago, but I enjoyed them even more with the refresh. We would definitely return.

Found a great place to stay!
Extremely nice and comfortable room. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast (free!) was excellent - I even let myself have a waffle (better than any I’ve ever had!). I did not eat at the sushi restaurant as I wanted Tex Mex every night, but it looked good and had a big crowd. The gym was better than most hotel gyms and the pool would be great in warmer temps. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy and clean.
The beds are very comfy, easy access to main road ways and property is very secure. Breakfast was hot and good variety. It is away from the business of down town but only a short 2-3 min drive to where all the action happens. Clubs, pubs and shopping.
