We arrived on Dec. 30 for the rehearsal of my so/ wedding and Nigel was the first to greet us with a smile and welcome. His demeanor was nothing but pleasant and happy to serve, a rarity in these times. Our 2 days of wedding celebration was a spectacular time, but Nigel went above and beyond. Checking out today, January 1, we were lucky enough to get him again. Even though it was chaotic with all the checkouts, he specifically coordinated our loading of the wedding stuff and make it a stress free, seamless process. Coming from Kansas for our son’s wedding, we had a lot of items to haul and he didn’t falter once. He took special care of the breakables and sentimental items. We wanted to give Nigel a shout out for his exemplary service. He is TOP TIER! Thank you, Deena Clark

First time here and loved it!
Yousif was amazing! Very attentive and kind, I would recommend coming here! The espresso martini was phenomenal! The food was excellent! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern design that makes you feel right at home. The service was impeccable!

Greatest server in Dallas
He was the best! I come from Los Angeles and honestly we don’t get the same amazing service there. He was super attentive, great time management, and very friendly. Always made sure we were taken care of and made sure we enjoyed the meal. He was the best!

beautiful historic hotel well decorated lobby area. staff is great except found bartenders not friendly. the winter village overrated and no view from pool area as it’s not rooftop. the double king room is huge! but outdated and furniture needs good cleaning. beds super comfortable.

Excellent as always!
I have stayed at The Adolphus for years now. The service has always been excellent but 2024 was even more amazing, thanks to an exceptional staff. Sanique, Jenna, Taryn, Diana R., Mr. Aguilera, Joshua, Pedro Puente, Edgar and Miki all went above and beyond. They were kind, professional, and went out of their way to make my visit truly memorable. Whether it was answering my questions, helping me with special accommodations, or providing thoughtful recommendations, they did everything with a smile and a genuine desire to help. I wholeheartedly recommend The Adolphus to anyone looking for exceptional service. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and are a true asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning, knowing I’ll receive the same outstanding care and service. This hotel sets the bar high for hospitality, thanks to incredible staff like them.
