Great Hotel!
We were very happy at this hotel! We had a beautiful room facing the pool. Housekeeping was great and we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant at the pool, especially at night. Our only cons were the breakfast buffet - too expensive for the small variety offered. And secondly, there are beds by the pool that can be reserved - in our six day stay, none of them were ever in use. It would be nice to have added lounge chairs for more guests to enjoy the pool. Twice we went down and there weren’t any available by the pool.

RJ and staff are hosting the best stay on island in a beautiful little hideaway
Gorgeous property that looks brand new. Great views from the infinity pool watching the later winter sunsets that give better views to south side then west side this time of year. Tiki pool bar is awesome and the staff are the nicest and warmest people you ever meet. Gentleman at front desk, RJ , was awesome and even found a handicap accessible room for my mother

OK hotel, nice ocean view!
Our room is nice no complaints, its ocean view bit for some reason the balcony is infested with mosquitoes. My daughter stayed out for 5mins and she's bitten all over her body and face, unfortunately we're not able to enjoy the view. It's a small bit very quaint property. There's $30 buffet breakfast and $30 parking, the only benefit we got as titanium member is late check out which helped! The Waikea shop is about 5-7min walk which has the gourmet grocery and other shops and resto but I don't think you can walk to the beach esp. coming up the hill maybe difficult. The pool and hot tub are small but nice, not crowded. They are not in anyway associated with other Marriott property in the area, I was hoping you can access Wailea Beach Marriott but not at all, not an issue but just want to add this info.

Great Stay!
The AC Hotel was fantastic! We had three great days at this hotel and cannot find any issues or concerns. Staff to a person was very friendly and personable. We found the room very chic and modern and still very comfortable especially the bed. We loved the pool and hot tub and the great view. Would totally stay again and will highly recommend ! We had a great stay!

An excellent hotel
We started this trip with four nights at the grand Hyatt in Kauai. Then we stayed two nights at the Inn at Mamas Fish house. We finished our trip with three nights at the AC by Marriott Wailea. We had originally booked a”the residence Inn Wailea, but decided that the AC was a better choice for us. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Hawaii on this trip, The AC by Marriott was our favorite. It is an excellent value if you’re using points by the way. My partner is platinum elite with Marriott and we did get an upgrade. We were checked in by Tammy who was in training and couldn’t have been nicer. Her supervisor went above and beyond in finding a room that suited our needs. Our room was an ocean view room with two queens. The view was amazing. The pool and hot tub are so beautiful, We are beach people, but didn’t even mind not being directly on the beach. We walked to the beach one day and drove another day. On Maui, we love the Wailea beaches the best. The room was new very, modern, clean and beautiful. The beds and pillows were awesome. The chairs on the balcony were super comfortable and we spent a lot of time watching the whales off in the distance. The hotel had a unique boutique feel. We loved the Korres toiletries from Greece-Such a treat. The shower was one of the best ever with great water pressure. They have a great deal at breakfast with excellent food , we ate there every morning. One evening we ordered Poke and drinks. The food was great and the service was even better. We splurged on dinner at Mama’s Fish House one night and definitely were not disappointed. We also love the restaurant called Da Kitchen which is very reasonable and has amazing food. The location of this hotel puts you in the nicest part of Wailea, on the hill overlooking the ocean. Again, a beautiful artsy hotel with excellent staff that were very kind. The whole place was pretty laid-back and chill which was also great. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We actually stayed at the Andaz across the street a few years ago, and we like the AC by Marriott much better.
