While the GroupEase® program can support groups for any hotel we offer worldwide, we encourage you to gain the most value by choosing one of our preferred bonus hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Hawaii that offer premium group amenities, such as room upgrades, complimentary room nights, special group activities, and discounts! 2. Request your GroupEase® code.
Call our Group Sales team at 844-904-0186 or email us at GroupEase@algvacations.com and be prepared with your group name, destination, dates of travel, and one specific hotel choice. You will receive an email from us with information for your code, how to book, the discount tiers (up to $225 off per booking), and any other applicable group benefits. -
3. Happy booking!
Share your GroupEase® promo code with your fellow travelers. Although you will be the primary contact responsible for your group, all travelers will still book individually and apply the GroupEase® promotional code to their reservation in order to be associated with the group. If a reservation is made through our Call Center, be sure the GroupEase® code is mentioned to the Reservations agent so they may apply it on your behalf. We have two teams here to assist you along the way, each specialized in different components of your booking process:
- Our GroupEase® team is available to assist with any modifications to your GroupEase® code itself, applying the promotional code to bookings, custom event pages, and reporting your group to the hotel for any applicable benefits. Email GroupEase@algvacations.com for support in these areas.
